Overview
Inside Sales Manager receive inbound calls from customers, completes orders, and provide customer service on orders. Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the Sale Director and the Global Sales Teams engaging other areas of the business including Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Repairs and Asset Management.
  • Support Sales Director by providing daily supervision of team including work allocation, adoption of new processes and activities, day to day personnel issue and reporting.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction through the timely, efficient and accurate processing of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, web shop enquiries.

You will manage work plans, ensure the development of engineering documents (plans, reports, and permit packages), and track project progress.
