MUST have experience in sales in the Aircraft supply industry.
Our client is a well-established global company with aircraft inventory support for airlines, MROs, OEMs, and distributors. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, with service centers global partner, serving customers’ parts and inventory needs in more than 140 countries.
Overview Inside Sales Manager receive inbound calls from customers, completes orders, and provide customer service on orders. Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers. In addition, Support the Sales Director in the day-to-day supervision of local Inside Sales team to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
Experience and qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in the commercial aircraft surplus parts trading sector (strongly desired).
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Experience of working with different departments and levels of staff.
- Excellent process knowledge.
- Supervisory experience required
Responsibilities - Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the Sale Director and the Global Sales Teams engaging other areas of the business including Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Repairs and Asset Management.
- Support Sales Director by providing daily supervision of team including work allocation, adoption of new processes and activities, day to day personnel issue and reporting.
- Deliver customer satisfaction through the timely, efficient and accurate processing of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, web shop enquiries.
- Work proactively at all times to ensure orders are processed in accordance with the customer requirements and any issues are raised to the customer in a professional manner taking full accountability for your actions.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Maintain a constant focus on cost and continuously seek ways to reduce spend and maximize cost efficiency.
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Adopt a flexible approach and put the needs of the business above those of the role; take on additional responsibilities whenever the customer or business requires it.
- Maintain consistent achievement of delivery targets and performance goals.
