$50 - $55K uncapped commissions

We are seeking a business development / account manager to join our team. Duties will include maintaining existing accounts, developing new relationships, growing the existing accounts, and coordinating with the recruiters, and hiring managers. A successful business development professional should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be a problem solver, as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. This individual will have a great understanding of the various departments in a business and have great business acumen.

Below are some responsibilities that account managers are expected to assume:
• Plan, execute, and manage client accounts
• Collaborate between clients and internal recruiters
• Assist in the screening, submitting, and scheduling interviews for qualified candidates when
   asked by the clients
• Build relationships with clients to ensure client retention and growth
• Create a pleasant experience for clients by planning client visits, lunches, and attend various
   networking events as needed
• Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely
• Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
• Oversee the development of new client relationships
• Attend conferences / conventions and other functions as needed
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications expected of an account manager / business development:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management, account executive, or business
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency using Microsoft Office Suite
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Great business acumen and understanding of business functions
• Proven track record of successful sales achievements
