Clinic Administrator
South Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: $70K to $80K (based on experience)
Full-Time (100% on-site)
Local travel would be required (once a week or every other week)
 
 
As a Clinic Administrator, You Will be an integral part of our client’s clinic center. Our client’s goal is for our patients to succeed and be happy and healthy. With years of medical experience, our team of qualified medical experts can provide patients with life-changing holistic treatments. As Clinic Administrator You Will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 5 clinics, including but not limited to personnel management, implementation and enforcement of procedures, billing, and meeting facilitation.
 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ongoing training to ensure staff competencies and proficiency
- Performing managerial duties and onsite management of clinics
- Ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to
assure quality operations of multiple clinics
- Coordinates and assigns daily activities to the team and conducts regular meetings with clinic staff
- Coordinates new hire interviews, training, onboarding, and orientation with staff
- Coordinates and handles complaints regarding the clinical staff
- In collaboration with operational leadership and compliance, oversee compliance following current and
implementing new policies
- Support Billing and insurance integration. Manage and approve clinic spending in alignment with the budget.
- Assists the team in problem resolution
- Responsible for monitoring the clinical team in meeting the demands of patient volumes
- Oversee facility and medical license compliance including credentialing and re-credentialing
- Represent the clinic and coordinate with corporate leadership, external partnerships, and others as needed
- Facilitates effective communication with colleagues and leadership regarding key clinical performance
improvement activities and initiatives
- Manage and oversee EHR, CRM, and operation systems and track performance metrics
- Responsible for assisting with investigation, required reporting, and corrective action development for
quality or risk issues within the practice. Be part of the team for future new clinic openings and other projects as assigned
- Reviews complaints, concerns, or questions relative to quality issues, and provide consultative leadership
and support to practice
