Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the Role

ttg Talent Solutions is looking for a high-performing, bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our recruitment team in Medellín. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role that requires a leader who brings urgency, structure, and accountability to every part of the recruitment process. The right candidate understands both the U.S. staffing industry and local team dynamics, knows how to push performance without losing morale, and can act as a bridge between two distinct company cultures.
We want someone who leads with logic, common sense, and data, who can drive results, coach under pressure, and recruit by example.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ recruiters focused on high-volume hiring for U.S.-based roles.
  • Maintain a performance-first culture with clear expectations, fast feedback, and tough conversations when needed.

  • Personally handle 2–3 orders per month to set the tone for urgency and quality.
  • Ensure clear collaboration between recruitment and sales (BDR) teams, protecting lane ownership—recruiters recruit, BDRs sell.
  • Deliver consistent, transparent communication in both English and Spanish across multiple stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot team and process issues rapidly, using data and logic—not sentiment—to solve problems.
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms to improve sourcing and recruiter efficiency.
  • Align recruitment strategies with business goals through ongoing collaboration with operations and U.S. leadership.
  • Support internal talent development and succession planning across the team.
Profile We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience
  • Proven success leading recruiting teams for the U.S. market, ideally in staffing, BPO, call centers, or collections.
  • Strong ability to enforce KPIs, accountability, and results in a structured environment.
  • High emotional intelligence paired with mental maturity to handle pressure, manage conflict, and maintain clarity.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish – both spoken and written.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and performance dashboarding.
  • Expertise in recruiting tools and platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Indeed, etc.
  • A practical, solution-oriented mindset that prioritizes results and delivery over theory.
Soft Skills & Culture Fit
  • Logical, assertive, and hands-on leadership style.
  • High sense of urgency and the ability to drive people and processes without micromanaging.
  • Ability to adapt and communicate across culturally different teams (ttg Colombia and ttg USA).
  • Strong common sense and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to lead and grow in a high-impact, fast-paced recruitment agency.
  • A collaborative, no-nonsense work culture with strong support from executive leadership.
  • Career development in a role that bridges local execution with U.S. business goals.
  • Competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and Comissions
  • A chance to truly make a difference “One Person at a Time” in a company that values performance and purpose.
