About the Role
Are you passionate about building transformative infrastructure that drives communities forward? We are partnering with a well-established civil engineering firm to identify a Roadway Project Engineer with expertise in Alternative Delivery to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. In this pivotal role, you'll help lead transportation infrastructure projects across Georgia—supporting both local and expressway systems—while leveraging the latest modeling tools and innovative design approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to execute transportation projects delivered through Design-Build and other Alternative Delivery methods.
• Develop roadway and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP) for a range of facilities including Expressways and Arterial/Local roads, adhering to applicable DOT and jurisdictional standards.
• Utilize OpenRoads Designer to create 3D corridor models and digital terrain files.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (drainage, structures, traffic) to ensure integrated project execution from concept through construction.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and designers; review technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare technical documents, engineering reports, and detailed construction drawings.
• Present designs and project status updates in internal meetings and to external stakeholders.
• Participate in professional development and team-building activities while contributing to a collaborative and respectful work environment.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within scope by applying strong project management practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• Minimum 6 years of roadway engineering experience, including at least some exposure to Alternative Delivery or Design-Build projects
• Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, and other applicable CAD/Modeling tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions internally and externally
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence and innovation

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with GDOT or similar DOT roadway projects
• Familiarity with Digital Delivery processes and BIM for infrastructure
• Demonstrated success mentoring and developing junior staff

As Sales Manager, you will be entrusted with managing a wide product portfolio that includes life-saving equipment, personal protective gear (PPE), boats, davits, and related safety solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities across the Texas Gulf Coast territory.

What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in architectural project management. This role will lead project-focused teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution from conceptualization through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, communication skills in both English and Spanish, and the ability to navigate compliance requirements effectively.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams to complete projects efficiently and successfully.
• Oversee architectural design development and construction documentation, including specifications.
• Create complex REVIT models and construction plans for city submittals and assist in client and contractor communication.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal codes, including Life Safety and ADA/FHA requirements in residential and common areas.
• Manage the design process from conception through construction administration, ensuring consistency with design intent.
• Maintain client communication and relationships, facilitating effective collaboration between clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Schedule and oversee videoconferences with remote subcontractors and generate markups for design changes.
• Review shop drawings and engineering plans for RFI/submittal responses, creating ASK’s and revised drawings accordingly.
• Conduct project research and monitor construction progress to align with building plans, codes, and deadlines.
• Engage with municipal building departments and government agencies to facilitate project approvals.
• Conduct field reviews, on-site meetings, and project close-out efforts, including drafting observation reports.
• Ensure compliance with construction detail documentation, quality control, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in High rise, multifamily and mixed-use buildings.
• Architectural experience
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong REVIT and CAD skills (Revit proficiency is a plus).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with building codes, ADA/FHA compliance, and Life Safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate across disciplines, including structural, civil, and mechanical engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
