Key Responsibilities
Shop Visit Management:
  • Oversee engine shop visits, coordinating inspections and repairs.
  • Conduct shop visits with customers and manage visit schedules.
Customer & Contract Management:
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the engine maintenance team.
  • Review and analyze customer-proposed work scopes.
  • Prepare and supervise cost estimates for repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance contracts and quote deadlines.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Provide engine repair progress updates and status reports to customers.
  • Prepare inspection findings reports and revise cost estimates as needed.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to prepare and send invoices.
  • Maintain up-to-date data in Quantum for accurate financial tracking.
  • Reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Customer Satisfaction & Improvement:
  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
