Web Administrator
Job purpose
This position supports the various web environment at the Company. The Web Assistant position has primary responsibility as the Section Web Editor, this includes, but not limited to, section email schedule, web updates and other related duties. Works with the webmaster to perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and web-based applications (design, development, deployment, and maintenance activities).
Duties and responsibilities/essential function
  • Support Section Web sites and creation and execution of section email in a timely manner.
  • Support webmaster in posting of web content with affected departments and staff in accordance with the agreed upon marketing plans for the affected department.
  • Serve as back-up in maintaining inventory of advertisements and management of ad service software.
  • Assist in the design, organization and maintenance/modification of websites owned and/or associated with the Company with help of various web-based tools.
  • Assist in the creation and design of responsive and effective landing pages, that can be easily viewed across different browsers and platforms.
  • Lay out content on web pages.
  • Work with Webmaster to maintain operability of all links on web sites.
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager in creation and deployment of email.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Proven knowledge in HTML, CSS, HTTP, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL, including internet related software, Dreamweaver, WordPress, and Photoshop.
  • Web analytics experience.
  • Technical knowledge about the latest developments and internet features.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of email marketing experience.
