Company Overview:
Our client is national commercial Janitorial Cleaning and Security Services provider for large commercial and residential buildings across the United States.
Position Objective: 
The Contract Administrator will support the onboarding of multiple sub-contractors across the United States by gathering information, maintaining records, and tracking terms and conditions of legal service contracts.
This person will possess superb MS Excel skills, will be analytical and highly organized.  Attention to detail is a key to success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the organization in the onboarding of Service Providers and Suppliers.
  • Ensure Service Providers and Suppliers comply with Certificate of Insurance requirements
  • Provide Service Providers and Suppliers the Master Service Agreement (MSA), Site listing, pricing, and Scope of Work (SOW) when onboarding
  • Administer training and provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to Service Providers and Suppliers
  • Provide updates to changes in pricing due to changes in SOW
  • Maintain valid contracts by providing Service Providers and Suppliers MSA amendments when SOW changes occur.
  • Annual request for COI updates, attestations, and special client requirements
  • Attend operation productivity calls by region to discuss upcoming periodicals or issues
  • Support operations in executing exit strategy to include, written termination notification
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns
  • Interact with employees across various levels and departments
  • Handle and interpret sensitive and confidential data and documents
  • Maintain acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
  • Make appropriate and timely decisions according to department standards, procedures, and policies
  • Collaborate with Service Providers and Suppliers Administration Supervisor to improve process efficiency
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with documented success  or accounts payable
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple departments and all levels of the organization
  • Experience with contract management preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in the following Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
