Job Description
This position requires someone who is very knowledge of the finance and accounting industry by understanding who would be best to fill these roles. Prospecting for candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews for clients, preparing candidates, and utilizing our ATS, are some of the responsibilities involved. 
We are seeking an energetic and persistent individual for a rapidly growing startup company.  You should be well versed in different types of career paths in Accounting and Finance industry.   Understanding these roles and industries are crucial to our recruiting process.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs by using a wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Maintain and update the ATS with new candidates daily
  • Manage the recruiting process including prospecting, screening, coordinating interviews, and administration of the ATS
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Extensive use of social media (LinkedIn) and other networking platforms
  • Conduct reference/background checks, as needed
  • Make recommendation for hire and communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.)
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and externally for networking and referrals
  • Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interview and placement activity
  • Must be able to met or exceeds metrics
Knowledge & Skills Required
  • At least 3 years of recent experience in the finance or account
  • Must be a high energy, proactive individual that can function in a fast paced office
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in related field
  • Ability to multitask, and meet goals within set timeframe
  • Creative, driven, passionate and positive self-starter
  • Ability to have empathy for candidates looking for new opportunities
  • Developed professional level communication skills (written & verbal)
    • The ability to provide advice to candidates on improvement of their resume and any other documents needed to present to clients
Estimated at 80-120k 1st year in total compensation; 2nd yr 100-150K (Based on metrics)
During the 1st 3-month ramp up (paid training) period, you will receive a fixed salary of $2,000 per month (plus any additional commission over the initial amount); starting at month 4, you will be paid a draw of $2,000 per month, plus commission.
