Job purpose
 
The Sr Dynamics Developer is responsible for the development and availability of the organization’s business process customization.
 
The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience with business process development. The candidate will have experience managing expectations as well as estimating and .net software development skills.
 
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills and have passion for staying current and implementing new technologies.
 
Duties and responsibilities/essential function
The Sr Dynamics Developer is responsible for the development and availability of the organization’s business process customization. Execute on all systems designed business process workflows integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft GP. Must meet project/department milestones/goals and adhering to development timeline.
  • 5 years’ experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience and skilled in C# .net development, VS2010, VS2017, VS2019
  • Web Services development and management.
  • AAA protocols and patterns, best practices for cross authentication.
  • JavaScript and associated libraries.
  • Lean development and rapid turn time development strategies
  • Ability to model processes, execute development and document results.
Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 4.0 development using C#.
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
