ttg Talent Solutions’ Healthcare Division provides Medical and Allied Healthcare recruiting services for more than 200 hospitals and other medical care institutions across the United States.  As our Healthcare division continues to expand, we are currently searching for an energetic Sourcing and Credentials Specialist.
This position works in tandem with the Director of Healthcare and will be responsible for sourcing candidates and verifying credentials to serve our customer base.   This is a great opportunity for a well-organized individual who appreciates teamwork.  This position will provide great opportunities for advancement within the Healthcare Recruiting industry.
Job Functions:
  • Review job descriptions
  • Identify key elements for the positions being searched 
  • Utilizing job boards to conduct searches nationally
    • ttg’s Database
    • Indeed
    • LinkedIn
    • CareerBuilder
    • Other boards
  • Verify credentials
  • Properly enter information in ttg’s ATS system
  • Using sourcing options to identify and engage passive candidates through a variety of methods utilizing different databases (Job Boards).
  • Build and develop a potential pipeline of talent required to fill both urgent and long-term staffing needs.
  • Build talent database, manage all speculative CV’s.
  • Conduct initial screening and pre-qualify candidates for open requisitions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Ability to be professional and have a positive attitude;
  • Ability to be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and self-motivated;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining constant level of high quality;
  • Ability to analyze and formulate a plan of action to complete a task in a timely manner;
  • Ability to follow written and established procedures;
  • Possess strong written/oral communication skills using both email and telephone communications;
  • Have the capacity to handle sensitive situations in a positive manner;
  • Ability to be confident with customer interactions using both email and telephone communications
  • Possess excellent basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) and perform data entry with speed and accuracy;
  • Possess a strong commitment to learning and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as necessary;
  • The ability to be a strong team player and work with multiple employees to achieve targets; and
  • The ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
Preferred Qualifications include:
  • Previous customer service experience;
  • Good command of both MS Excel and MS Words,
  • Familiarity with MS PowerPoint a plus; and
  • Strong ethics
Working conditions
  • Must be able to utilize office equipment such as desktop/notebook computers, copiers, printers, scanners, telephones, and calculators;
  • Must be able to work occasional overtime;
  • Must be able to act in accordance with ttg’s principles of conduct; and
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to busy.
