Temp Assignment- at least 3 months to start

This position handles the shipping and receiving of our client orders and materials. As an integral component of the Company's fulfillment process, the employee is responsible for accurately filling and shipping orders.

Duties and responsibilities/essential function
  • Previous administrative, mailroom, or basic receiving experience 1 years preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Good communications skills
  • Experience in using email and entering information into a database
  • Must be ready to start work immediate and pass a background check.
Primary Duties
  • Accurately pull inventory items, pack, and ship them to the customers to complete the order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with UPS, FedEx, and USPS as necessary to keep shipments moving efficiently.
  • Prepare toolkits for Seminars and Educational Activities
  • Pick up and drop off items pertaining to office needs
  • Ensure all incoming interoffice mail is distributed
  • Organize incoming mail to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure all incoming interoffice mail is distributed
  • Document items received in tracking log
  • Email communications

Salary: $17.00/hr  Full time- Temporary position
