Senior Financial Analyst
In search of a Senior Financial Analyst to conduct high-level analysis of financial statements and ensure accurate and reliable reporting. Responsibilities include preparing, consolidating and reviewing monthly estimates & annual budgets, financial analysis and strategic reporting. The position requires outstanding analytical, accounting, organizational and communication skills.
  • Work in the elaboration of the annual budget and long-range plan process for the company.
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly variances of actuals to budget/forecasts and prior years.
  • Close collaboration with Corporate FP&A and the Office of the CEO on expense management and in determining short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Prepare numerous ad hoc analyses, such as ROI studies evaluating potential strategic investments.
  • Maintain, update and improve internal dashboards tracking key show metrics and other KPIs.
  • Develop miscellaneous financial tracking schedules used to assess viability of savings initiatives and designed to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in various aspects of quarterly closes, where necessary, including in review and analysis of Balance Sheet accounts and other deliverables for Board presentations.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand the drivers behind the variances.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to partner with key business leaders to improve forecast accuracy and organizational transparency.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver on commitments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in financing planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Strong excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and high-level functions.
  • Experience in using business intelligence software as Oracle Financials and/or SmartView Accounting (PBCS) a plus.
