Position Summary: The Reporting, Data Analysis and Change Manager will report directly to the CFO. The role will work in conjunction with the CFO to define overall reporting and business strategy, assess and implement legal entity structures and designs in alignment with corporate needs. Critical to the role is the ability to quickly analyze data across business sectors to identify business opportunities and leading indicators of risk. The position must proactively identity change opportunities and lead change efforts within the organization. Prior experience collaborating with technical and business intelligence teams is required, in order to enable data architecture and solutions that meet analytics and reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the process of creating a new technology driven reporting environment tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Drives continuous improvement in the finance function by enhancing the information and insights used by stakeholders for decision making.
  • Support and collaborate with senior stakeholders from across the business, both locally and overseas, with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Respond to ad-hoc information requirements.
  • Monitor and interpret portfolio to identify business opportunities, leading indicators of risks.
  • Work with Business Intelligence teams to enable data architecture and solutions that meet analytics and reporting needs
  • Assists with other department activities as needed, and perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
 Qualifications:
  • Keen ability to understand, analyze and succinctly explain data trends and operational drivers impacting overall financial performance
  • Ability to identify errors, trends and gaps in data and information
  • Advanced verbal and oral communication skills
  • Highly experienced building and delivering presentations
  • Ability to proactively identify change opportunities and lead change efforts
  • Successful process mapping, project management, and change management skills.
  • Ability to effectively balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to shift priorities and manage change with a positive outcome
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Prioritize team collaboration
  • Provide outstanding client service, exceeding client expectations
  • Advanced technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions.
  • Understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
  • Familiarity with Data & Reporting tools including Power BI.
  • Experience in developing functional dashboard and scorecard reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
 
 
 Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree - Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative discipline required/
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional experience.
