Recruiting Coordinator

ttg Talent Solutions has been engaged by our valued legal partner to find their next HR Recruiting Coordinator based in Miami, Florida.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruitment methods and trends
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, job fairs, and university career offices to develop candidate funnel
  • Own recruitment process including but not limited to:
    • Review & update job ads
    • Maintain applicant database
    • Work with department heads to determine staffing needs, skill requirements, and develop interview questions to hire the best candidates
    • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
    • Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews
    • Administrative tasks related to recruitment
Requirements:
  • Proven success as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Tech savvy and a quick learner: can figure out new systems and adapt on the go
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing concurrent projects with attention to detail
  • Must be knowledgeable in HR policies and best practices
  • Trustworthy: practice impeccable discretion when handling with sensitive information
