In search of a dedicated Receptionist to greet our clients and manage general office tasks. We need a friendly, smiling face and a helper. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking skills, a positive attitude and strong ethic we want to hear from you.
  • Greet clients and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ability to create organized filing system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
  • Associate Degree accepted; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience as receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
