Procurement/Contract specialist

Performs all tasks relating to the organization’s contract process of managing the full lifecycle of contracts from origination to archival. Performs all tasks pertaining to the review, coordination, regulations, audits, and policies and procedures for the company’s vendor contracts, ensuring compliance prior to contract finalization.

  • Ability to write executive documents, excellent proofreading skills, effective writing critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Speed writing, sound understanding of filing systems
  • Excellent working knowledge of computers and office software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, specializing in business administration, healthcare management, or similar areas
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in an administrative or executive office
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare supply chain
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
