Pharmacist, Temporary – Covid Vaccine project- California

Temporary, Pharmacists for Covid-19 Vaccination Program
  
** This is a major initiative - 16-week assignments to start with possible extensions**

Positions are available throughout Southern, Central and Northern CA
  
This Pharmacist role involves administering Covid-19 vaccines. Involves daily travel of up to 75-mile radius to administer vaccines in clinics/nursing homes. PPE is provided and a vaccine is offered, but not required to obtain one. You will be working with a team to set up and administer the vaccinations. Flexible full-time and Part-time hours available. (Mostly Monday – Friday – daytime hours)

•  This position is responsible for interacting with the health care professionals in the provision and coordination of customer care.   

Minimum Required Qualifications: 
 
BS In Pharmacy, minimum 

• This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed 
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List 
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)* 
• Must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license   
• Must have a valid BLS card
• Must be comfortable driving up to 75-mile radius
• Must be comfortable in working in an LTF
• New PharmD Graduates are encourage to apply

  
Compensation:  Hourly rate plus mileage reimbursement (rate is based on location)
