Job Summary:
Collect, prepare and verify product data and documentation for pricing databank submissions, product registrations and website listings. Requires interaction and clear communication with the Product Launch Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Pricing and Demand Planning. Gather and analyze customer forecasts and inventory levels using internal and external data sources to recommend customer product stocking levels. Create and maintain internal databases. Monitor internal and external databases. Respond to requests for general and ad-hoc requests for inventory level and customer demand reports as requested.   Assist in the creation and revision of Launch customer launch documentation as requested.
  
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect and prepare all pricing, labels and required documentation for new product databank submissions and product registration in Puerto Rico
  • Monitor GPO awards for new product launches and Create wholesaler stocking plans as needed
  • Submit HDMA forms and stocking plans to wholesalers
  • Maintain the Wholesaler OE Product database
  • Coordinate the creation and placement of new product photos on the company's public website
  • Create Detail Sheets for new products in the database and maintain as requested
  • Monitor ASHP website for information regarding market product shortages
  • Coordinate and complete all necessary documents and activities surrounding product discontinuation
  • Ad hoc reports - PSUR
  • Monitor Walmart’s Retail Link
  • Create and revise HDMA forms and other launch documentation as requested. Send HDMA’s and other launch documentation to customers as requested.
  • Create and revise Customer Launch Target models and the Template as needed or requested.
  • Works as a member of a Team to achieve all outcomes
  • Performs all work in support of our Corporate Values of Pride, Accountability, Integrity and Diligence: Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values
  • Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements
  • Assists as needed – Track new bids and bid status from an inventory perspective
  • All other duties as assigned
 Job Requirements:
  • A BA/BS Degree preferred or minimum 1-year experience with pharmaceutical products
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Position requires superior personal computer skills including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
The regularly scheduled work week is Monday through Friday and the hours are 8:30a –- 5:30p
Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%).
