ttg Talent Solutions is currently seeking an Office Manager for one of our clients in the healthcare industry, based in Doral, FL.
- Direct oversight of operational accounting: daily postings, billing, accounts payable/receivables, and collections
- Administrative management, and support as needed: maintenance of documentation, data entry, filing, and filling is around office as needed.
- Staff management: scheduling, hiring, training, and development as needed
- Execute daily operations to company standards, and maintain compliance in all aspects
- Weekly budget management with labor, and operational costs
- HIPAA compliance
- Communicate all pertinent information to upper management
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Exposure to accounting systems, such as QuickBooks
- Data entry systems experience, payroll, and HR tools
- Bilingual fluency - English and Spanish - required
- HIPAA Certified (preferred)
