In search of a reliable, well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, establish administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation. If you are an organized, energetic and multi-tasking professional we want to hear from you.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling
  • Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication, problem-solving efforts and training
  • Continue education in management, organization and team-building skills
  • Manage employee schedules and conflicts as they arise
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
  • Assign and monitor clerical functions
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

  • Advanced computer skills (Quicken experience a plus)

Requirements
  • Associate Degree (B.A. or B.S. preferred)
  • 2 years’ experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, payroll and supply management
