Office Manager

ttg Talent Solutions is currently seeking an Office Manager for one of our clients in the healthcare industry, based in Doral, FL.  

Job Duties:
  • Direct oversight of operational accounting: daily postings, billing, accounts payable/receivables, and collections
  • Administrative management, and support as needed: maintenance of documentation, data entry, filing, and filling is around office as needed.
  • Staff management: scheduling, hiring, training, and development as needed
  • Execute daily operations to company standards, and maintain compliance in all aspects
  • Weekly budget management with labor, and operational costs
  • HIPAA compliance
  • Communicate all pertinent information to upper management
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Exposure to accounting systems, such as QuickBooks
  • Data entry systems experience, payroll, and HR tools
  • Bilingual fluency - English and Spanish - required
  • HIPAA Certified (preferred)
Compensation:  $50K-$60K annual salary, 15 days Paid time off, holidays, and excellent benefits.
