Our client, a national healthcare business consultant, a leader in the integration of health information technology seamlessly integrating health centers and safety net providers, has engaged ttg to find their next Network Manager for their Hawaii
This position is responsible for the designing, implementation, administration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, and the direct management of the Network Operations department team.
Position Responsibilities
  • Supports and encourages others to support the Mission, Core, Values and Goals of the organization.
  • Maintains HIPAA compliance.
  • Direct supervisor of Network Operations team.
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Notifies immediate supervisor of any potentially critical issues after extensive troubleshooting.
  • Creates, tracks, and prioritizes assignments in the preferred change management system, provides updates on a regular basis, and communicates to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Available after hours to supervise maintenance and emergency IT issues.
  • Works closely with other teams to display continuous service and support to member centers.
  • Prepares regularly scheduled reports for supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 Skills, Abilities and Requirements 
  • Windows Operating Systems and Server/PC hardware components and overall proficiency with these components
  • Cisco routers, switches, firewalls (ASAs), etc. and overall proficiency with these components
  • Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, and archiving solutions or comparable environment
  • Microsoft SQL environment
  • VMWare 5.0 or later environment
  • SAN Storage systems or comparable environment
  • Enterprise Backup systems
  • Hardware Infrastructure such as HP and/or Dell Blade system
  • Telecom fundamentals i.e. PBX or Cisco VOIP systems
  • Healthcare industry, healthcare information systems, and practices.
