ttg Talent Solutions is searching for someone who with experience in receiving, inventory controls, and storage conditions for medical production supplies. 

This position ensures that those supplies are maintained with adequate par levels and readily available.  Our client is a medical company subject to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations, FDA, and other biological regulating entities.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Performs receipt and release of materials following the department’s SOP’s to ensure proper inspection, receipt of COA’s/MSDS’s (Material Safety Data Sheet) as needed, labeling, and ensures that storage conditions are met.
  • Assist the Sr. Coordinator on managing inventory to ensure FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation, timely re-order of supplies, physical inventory/cycle counts, expiration dating, identification and documentation of obsolete materials for destruction. Ensures that critical supplies are readily available to meet production requirements.
  • Assist in the execution of the assembly and release of pouch kits to assure sterilization and traceability.
  • Transfer documentation preparation experience
  • Prepares shipments and receives shipments from the 3rd party warehouse as needed.
  • Ensures that the inventory room is always kept organized and labeled properly.
  • Confirms package deliveries are delivered to the correct recipient and in a timely manner. 
  • High School diploma required 
  • 1-2 years Materials Management
  • Inventory Management, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience in receiving materials in a pharmaceutical company, manufacturing, or Hospital a plus!

Working conditions
  • Majority of the work is performed indoors, standing, and walking throughout the facility. Must have a good driving record, as driving may be required. Occasional warehouse work if needed.
  • Physical requirements.
  • The ability to be able to lift boxes up to, but not limited to,50 lbs.
  • The ability to be able to use hand trucks and pallet jacks both manual and automatic.
