The Marketing Traffic Coordinator works with marketing team members to ensure projects are prioritized, assigned and delivered on time. Candidate must be a self-starter, able to adjust work priorities on the fly and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Resources to include internal and external partners.
Duties and responsibilities/essential functions:
  • Team Player – Relationship building approach.
  • Ability to quickly master procedures, processes and systems.
  • Responsible for leading multiple weekly team meetings to review all departmental projects and reporting on status ensuring that all projects are on track.
  • Manage project resource allocation.
  • Monitor and drive projects throughout our workflow to ensure process is followed and team meets all deadlines.
  • Preflight new projects for multiple lines of business to ensure required assets and information are provided before moving to team assignment.
  • Develop and provide the scheduling process, which will include major milestones, tasks, and critical path.
  • Manage project resource allocation – monitoring team effort, bandwidth, and working with team leads to load-level for high priority projects, and agility to accomplish quick-turn projects.
  • Activities include assigning, scheduling, and communicating deliverables.
  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager to create regular reports that outline project activity including number of projects, tasks, on-time deliverables and results against goals.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks in addition to those listed above.
Education Requirements:
  • BA in Communications, Marketing or related field.
    • PMP a plus
Technical Requirements:
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools – Wrike, Clients & Profits, Aqua Advantage/Webvantage, Microsoft Project or similar.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel; Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of traffic or project management experience with in-house marketing department, design studio, creative department, or agency.
  • Knowledge or familiarity in agile marketing a plus.
