Job Summary:
This individual will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure effective execution of our various strategic go-to-market initiatives and working with various cross-functional groups to execute plans. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support market and product level analysis.
  • Support Sales for major activities for new bids to ensure timely submission of all bid documents.
  • Manage and maintain Request for Price (RFP) tracking process for company’s products.
  • Support Senior Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing teams for any business expansion activities.
  • P&L Responsibility: Own product line P&Ls and manage each for growth.
  • New Product Launches: Provide Commercial Operations with launch
  • Customer Meetings: Partner with Sales to assist in the sell in of new
  • Day-to-Day Management: Participate as the commercial lead in various capacities to provide for the effective daily management of the portfolio. 
  • Nielsen database management, providing forecast inputs, assisting Sales with Customer requests, etc.
  • Collaborate with various functional areas to enhance sales growth, improve our operational efficiency and streamline our customer service processes.
  • Manage new account set-up and provide support on all Electronic data interchange (EDI) related activities, Pharmacovigilance support and Ariba/Contract initiatives.
Job Requirements:
  • Business degree (Marketing major or MBA preferred)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in U.S. generic pharmaceutical industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales support abilities including experience in market research. programs and working with and implementing sales and marketing plans.
  • Creative, strategic, innovative team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proven experience in process management and optimization.
  • Strong business acumen with superior organizational & presentation skills.
  • Self-starter and results-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills; advanced Excel, Access and SAP an asset.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills required
IQVIA and other pharmaceutical database knowledge required (Price Rx, FDA sites, etc.)
  • General analytical report creation, forecasting and financial modeling knowledge a plus
  • Must be highly proactive, strong ability to prioritize, and capable of multi-tasking to a very high degree
  • Ability to lead complex assignments requiring integration of multiple disciplines
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing others
