Overview
Our client is a leader in Hospitality in Broward County, and they are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to join their growing team. You will be a main contributor to the marketing and sales organization by positively impacting both internal and external marketing initiatives including but not limited to: content development, graphics capabilities, social media (organic and paid), advertising management, demand generation, PR, graphic design capabilities, and more.
  
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
  
Requirements
  • 3 years of successful hands-on B2B marketing experience and success in a business environment with a strong focus on inbound marketing/demand generation
  • 3-5 years in brand marketing, digital advertising, or similar relevant field for a leading consumer brand in either agency or client environment- Hospitality, restaurant, or  hotel marketing experience a huge plus.
  • Strong writing and content development experience is an absolute must
  • Have the marketing knowledge and creative judgment to create branded content that engages a mass audience
  • Passion for marketing and brand building
  • Ability to prioritize assignments to meet multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to create original designs for print
  • Experience and strong track record in leveraging content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, Retargeting, and other best practice marketing strategies to drive rapid lead and revenue growth. Proficiency in social media management process and technology
  • Exceptionally strong writing, proofing, and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field highly preferred
  • TripleSeat CRM platform experience is a plus and preferred
  • Reliable, consistent work attendance is a requirement and essential function of this position
  
 Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Managing the social media marketing strategy for the branding accounts; focusing on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google , Yelp, Open Table, Amex Marketing etc.
  • Respond to all social media inquiries, and reviews to enhance the brand image
  • Execution of all social media activities (i.e., tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc. for all accounts
  • Spending time on social media platforms especially Instagram and Facebook every day engaging with our client's target audiences by sharing content, finding ways to grow the company followership, and improve overall engagement with our clients on our social media company pages
  • Staying ahead of the curve in leveraging Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and other platforms as a professional social media network and as a content hub to understand influential content that is shared and the people who are sharing them
  • Responsible for designing ads for Print Media, and coordinating and meeting deadlines for all publications
  • Be aware of Inventory and take images of inventory to create sales
  • Be in charge and organize photoshoots for campaigns
  • Spearhead monthly and weekly email newsletter and work with operations on Menu changes
  • Other duties as assigned
