Position Summary
The Manager will be responsible for managing the strategic sourcing of several goods and services in support of the sourcing goals.  This position requires excellent internal customer service abilities and executive communication skills as the Manager will be responsible for interfacing with senior management and suppliers on a regular basis.  This person will also recommend strategies/priorities along with other Sourcing and Procurement leaders, in support of the organization’s Sourcing and Procurement Strategic Plan.
  
Job Responsibilities
  • Support the overall vision, strategy and execution plan for addressable spend categories
  • Develop commodity sourcing strategies for each actively managed function
  • Build/establish strategic relationships with key suppliers
  • Serve as a business partner to Business Unit key stakeholders by identifying their critical business requirements and providing procurement services to meet/exceed their expectations
  • Provide rigorous cost and market analysis following the models established by Strategic Sourcing focusing on the total cost of ownership
  • Understand project requirements, to negotiate, pricing, terms, and other commercial terms in accordance with compliance and legal department
  • Ensure consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groups
  • Identify, and work with Sr. Managers in developing and deploying best practice supplier management, procurement and supply chain practices
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with suppliers that measures procurement and supplier performance, identify value and innovations
  • Ensure compliance, cost savings and performance measures are established, tracked and achieved
  • Coordinate and manage the creation, negotiation and enforcement of sourcing contracts
  
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 6 years Sourcing and Procurement experience – preferably in an Entertainment / Media / Technology industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
  • Detailed and structured cost/financial analysis
  • Deep Sourcing and Supply chain management expertise across multiple categories/functions
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence future internal clients at all levels in the organization
  • Related industry experience procuring a diversified range of products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write)
  • Familiar with contracts and sourcing & procurement
  • Strong negotiations skills

  • Must be willing to work from office in Miami, FL (currently remote)
  • Employment/education will be verified
