Lake Worth to Wellington Area 
 
Responsible for daily operations of the community, providing assistance to the functions of leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance administration, handling telephone and on-site traffic as well as showing apartments for an upscale residential property in the Lake Worth to Wellington Area of WPB.   This is a sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming telephone calls and in-person visits.
  • In person showings to potential resident’s model apartments as well as location of opening
  • Assist resident with requests, concerns and comments.
  • Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product; close the sale.
  • Assist prospect completing application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures.
  • Immediately follow-up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close sale again
  • Update availability report, process applications for approvals. (i.e., credit check, rental history, etc.) Submit processed applications to the Property Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status.
  • Secure new residents’ signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in. Orient new residents to community.
  • Monitor advertising effectiveness.  Gather information about market competition in the area and file.
  • Maintain accurate monthly commission records on leases and renewals for bonus purposes.
  • Complete maintenance Service Request and inform the maintenance team.
  • Assist Property Manager with preparation of newsletters and promotion flyers and planning of community activities and events.
Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent vocational/technical training preferred
  • Two years of experience in property management or related field.
  • Courses in real estate preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends
   Knowledge and Skills
  • Sales skills and availability to close prospects
  • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Yardi and QuickBooks preferred
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Detail Oriented and professional
