Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to work at our corporate headquarters located in Coral Gables, FL.   This is an entry level opportunity to learn recruiting.  If you possess a willingness to learn, a great speaking voice, a passion for technology, an excellent attention to details and spelling/grammar, this role is for you.
 
Open to recent or upcoming graduates, or candidates with some professional experience in any industry. 
 
Prospecting for candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews for clients, preparing candidates, and utilizing our ATS, are some of the responsibilities involved. 
 
Knowledge & Skills Required
  • Recent College Graduate (or close to graduation)
  • >6 months of professional experience in any industry (could be while in college)
  • Passion for learning
  • Must feel comfortable with technology
  • Great speaking voice over the phone/video
  • Must pay close attention to details
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills
  • Must be a high energy, proactive individual that can function in a fast-paced office
  • Ability to multitask, and meet goals within set timeframe
  • Must be flexible to change
Responsibilities
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs by using a wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Maintain and update the ATS with new candidates daily
  • Manage the recruiting process including prospecting, screening, coordinating interviews, and administration of the ATS
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Extensive use of social media (LinkedIn) and other networking platforms
  • Conduct reference/background checks, as needed
  • Make recommendation for hire and communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.)
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and externally for networking and referrals
  • Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interview, and placement activity
  • Must be able to meet or exceeds metrics
Compensation
Base salary of $37,440 annually ($18 per hour) plus bonus,  totaling up to $59,000 estimated income for the 1st year.  Bonus are uncapped.  Health benefits, paid holidays, and FTO (flexible time off)
