Background
Our client, a multi-location healthcare provider rapidly expanding, has engaged ttg to find their next Human Resources Generalist for their Doral, Florida, location. 
The Human Resources Generalist will assist in coordinating and managing various HR site relation initiatives occurring within site departments. In this role one must foster relationships with site staff, as well as assist in advising, coaching, and counseling site employees on relevant issues. Educates departments on HR processes and procedures; answers employee questions via telephone and in person to provide exemplary customer service.
He/she will be responsible for the Doral area, with a responsibility to enter hires, maintain associates’ profiles and back up to the Payroll Specialist.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Executes site HR policies and procedures supporting the HR strategies.
  • Assists departments in identifying the need for employee communications and works with Corporate HR Communications to develop and deliver effective communications to site departments.
  • Assists departments to resolve employee issues and develop solutions.
  • Researches relevant issues in order to provide suggestions and solutions; involves Corporate HR Employee Relations/Labor Relations personnel in decision-making strategies.
  • Facilitates the succession planning processes within site departments with a focus on achieving diversity and creating developmental plans for a high performing, productive staff.
  • Assists the Competency and Performance Management Team in maintaining and gathering information to report competencies.
  • Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
  • Performs related duties as required.
Required Or Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Human Resources
  • Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish
  • Familiar with UKG or ADP Workforce preferred
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, Liberal Arts, or another applicable field required.
  • 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
