Seeking Home Health RN for geriatric patient population.
Broward County - specifically Boca Raton area.

SIGN ON BONUS up to $3,000

Visiting homebound patients in Broward County, Boca Raton area, developing the plan of care and supervising other nursing personnel (LVN, CNA) as needed.

Coordination of services, liaison and communication with physician and other care practitioners.

Requires - RN, ASN, BSN preferred

Plus at least 1-2 years of nursing experience -- strongly prefer home health experience
