Doral Area (Miami, Florida)
Our client, a global nonprofit professional organization is looking for their next Fulfillment Coordinator for their headquarter located in Doral, Florida. 
The Credential Fulfillment Coordinator places credential orders with vendors, creates shipping labels and tracks shipments. This position also receives returned mail, contacts customers to update addresses and resends fulfillment materials. Another function is to assist other members with exam scoring, logistics, and filing.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Supervises Fulfillment Department
  • Fulfillment of Stamp orders
  • Create and submit stamp orders with vendor
  • Receive, inspect and log International orders
  • Create shipping labels for International orders
  • Receive returned orders
  • contact customers to update postal addresses prior to resending returned materials
  • Resolve customer issues and expedites orders
  • Maintains organized shipping records.
  • Document Scanning: Scan exam material and applications
  • Maintain scanner in good working order and requests maintenance
  • Responsible for digital filing in accordance with file naming conventions and structure
Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks
  • Creates Program Manager, Scoring and Policies as required
  • Assist with exam logistics as required
  • Opens mail daily
Qualifications (Requirements)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with shipping procedure preferred
  • Job requires lifting up to 20 lbs
  • Knowledge with FedEx and UPS shipping software
  • Must be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Must have ability to prioritize tasks and maintain schedules
  • Must have basic computer skills (MS Office, online package tracking, etc.)
  • Possess the ability to work on a team
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have integrity, position deals company IP and candidate personal information.
  • Occasional evening/weekend work required
  • Must be able to utilize office equipment such as desktop/notebook computers, copiers, printers, scanners, telephones, and calculators; and
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
