ttg Talent Solutions has been engaged by one of our valued clients find their next FOH Manager.  The restaurant concept is located in the heart of the trendy design district in Miami (Wynwood).
  
The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and leading the guest service/front of the house team. The FOH Manager is also responsible for ensuring daily routines and operations of the restaurant run smoothly, while assuring the delivery of excellent customer service and food quality.
  
  • HS degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years Management experience in both front and/or back of house restaurant operations
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager (Preferred) or the ability to obtain one.  
  • Must have a great attitude and be willing to do “Whatever It Takes”
  • Be ready to work hard, have fun and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.  
Main Responsibilities:
      • Manage staff
      • Training of staff
      • Customer facing: Pleasant and polished
      • Bar Inventory
      • Operations
      • Must be able to Manage “The customer Experience” 
      • 5 days per week schedule ( 2 days off per week)
Dress Code:   Uniform shirts will be provided, (must wear black jeans/pants)
  
Compensation:  $40K annual salary Bonus, benefits and more!
FOH Manager will always have 2 days off per week.
