Front of House (FOH) Manager

Front of House Manager- FOH- Miami
 
The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and leading the guest service/front of the house team. The FOH Manager is also responsible for ensuring daily routines and operations of the restaurant run smoothly, while assuring the delivery of excellent customer service and food quality.
  • HS degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred
  • Minimum 2 years Management experience in both front and/or back of house restaurant operations
  • Must have a great attitude and be willing to do “Whatever It Takes”
  • Be ready to work hard, have fun and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
 
Main Responsibilities:
      • Manage staff
      • Training of staff
      • Customer facing: Pleasant and polished
      • Bar Inventory
      • Operations
      • Must be able to Manage “The customer Experience” 
      • 5 days per week schedule
License:
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager (Preferred) or the ability to obtain one.

Compensation:  Negotiable annual salary Bonus, benefits and more!
FOH Manager will always have 2 days off per week.
