ttg Talent Solutions has been engaged by our client to search for a Concierge – Front Desk for an Exclusive Luxury Resident Tower/Complex located in Downtown Miami. 
The ideal candidate has to be well spoken, driven for success, polite and with a keen sense to remember residents and visitors faces!  They must understand that residents and visitors could be celebrities and/or highly recognizable public figures and the need for confidentiality is required.
Must have the following:   
  • Detailed oriented and able to multitask
  • Meets and greets residents in a professional and respectful way
  • Checks guests and service company personnel in/out
  • Able to understand, react to emergency response and access control procedures
  • Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems
  • Accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms
  • Possesses strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills 
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)
  • May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
  • Other duties as required
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • 2 – 3 years of work experience in a professional environment, business setting, or high-end establishment, preferred ( may consider less for the right candidate)
  • Computer literacy:command of information system hardware/software, preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Bilingual preferred (speaking several languages is a plus!)
Special Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 30 -- 50 lbs
  • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
  • Complete all required forms
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement
  • Ability to respond to emergencies on a timely manner

Compensation:  Hourly at $16 per hour- based on 40 hours (estimate of $32K-34K annually) Full-time Associate receive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, HAS, and a 401k program.
