Finance Administrative Assistant 
Temporary Contract Assignment 3 Months
Pay Rate: $20/hour
 
Job Overview:
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Finance and Accounting divisions.  In this role, will also manage all administrative functions and assist with special projects as needed.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare month end “green book” with supervision of Finance Cost Manager. Print reports and distribute in a timely manner.
  • Provide support as needed, during budgeting and forecasting processes including running reports, preparing formulas/templates/graphs, etc. on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks as related to Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance software (i.e. access requests, report preparation, access reviews, etc.).
  • Assist local and foreign offices with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation efforts.
  • Responsible for supply ordering, monitor attendance, arrange conference calls, schedule meetings, filing, etc.
  • Assist with coordination and follow-up of company-wide surveys, as part of the internal financial reporting controls.
  • Maintain Finance Department information on company intranet, and distribute financial policies and procedures as needed.
  • Complete special projects as required.
 
Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. oral and written).
  • Well organized and able to multi-task.         
 
Preferred:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
