ttg Talent solutions has been engaged by one of our clients to find their next Executive Business Associate to the CEO.  The position main responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day agenda of the CEO and communications with the executive team.
  
This is a position of growth within 2-3 years into Business Operations or Business Development. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Masters/MBA is a plus!
  
Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact and be at the center of communications for the CEO and between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Regular Executive assistant functions like screen phone calls, emails, mail and visitors
  • Route and resolve information requests
  • Coordinate special projects as determined by leadership team with the ability to set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor & summarize progress.
  • Event Planning
  • Conduct research, prepare correspondence, expense and statistical reporting
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Create or assist Business communications and Presentation for the CEO/Executive Team
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as conferences, company sponsored events, organization activities/events
  • Maintain and manage an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
  
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Strong Administrative Assistant, or other highly organized position
  • Bachelor’s in management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree a plus
  • Must have the ability to manage the operating cadence of the executive team
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software (Specially: Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Knowledge of smart-sheet, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams or other planning technology products a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who is resourceful and can think outside the box
