Roles and Responsibilities 
 Refine and operationalize the vision for the future of our SFLC-SCM  
 
  • Take full ownership over SFLC-SCM product performance and improvement 
  • Oversee implementation of the global marketing strategy and campaigns to attract and retain users on the SFLC-SCM
  • Responsible for User Interface / User Experience (UI/UX) of the SFLC-SCM
  • Responsible for resolving user experience issues by creating and managing the SFLC-SCM support team using a cost-effective mix of people, process and tools
  • Guide the day to day activities of the SFLC-SCM support team
  • Use evaluation instruments to determine training and application effectiveness, and recommend modifications to internal staff and the SFLC-SCM software development team for ongoing improvements 
  • Act as primary contact with the SFLC-SCM software development team Make changes to increase customer engagement with the product
  • Host regular SFLC-SCM User Group meetings to keep administrators current with platform functionality and collect feedback on system enhancements
  • Ensure a smooth release of changes and features together with all stakeholders
  • Evaluate the impact of new feature releases to allow for data-driven improvement
  • Estimate return on investment for the product and its enhancements
  • Support Sales and Marketing as a subject matter expert
  • Connect regularly with Sales to monitor product wins and losses
  • Provide all product and usage reporting as needed by stakeholders

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing and/or Technology, Computer, Engineering) 
-Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Digital Product Manager in the supply-chain space with demonstrated success 
-Renowned experience of building world-class UI/UX
