Data Entry Clerk

Job Description
To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk, you should have sufficient knowledge of various software programs such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Creative Solutions. You should also be organized and able to provide extreme attention to detail. Multitasking and the ability to work independently are essential skills for this position.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Data entry into QuickBooks software
  • Recording checks, payroll checks, and deposits.
  • Scanning documents into File Cabinet and emailing appropriate documentation
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Manage workflow through Practice CS software
 Requirements:
  • Minimum one-year proven work experience with QuickBooks software*
  • Previous experience working in an accounting office is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills such as planning, prioritizing, handling multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge Ability to produce financial statements
  • Understanding of accounting concepts preferred.
