Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you are responsible for providing excellent service to all customers throughout the repair process, beginning to end.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Greet customers with warm welcome
  • Check-in vehicles with paperwork and photos
  • Keep customers updated on repair status of their vehicle
  • Contact customers when repairs are completed
  • Deliver vehicles, go over repair information
  • Resolve any questions or concerns customers may have
  • Ensure experience is excellent for customers
  • Keep records/documentation of customer information
 Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to work as a team
  • Basic computer knowledge/skills
  • Knowledge of vehicles is preferred but not required
 Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma
  • Able to work Monday-Friday
