Customer Service Representative
Accreditation Coordinator
 
This position will actively service new and current professionals seeking a Standards and Guidelines Accreditation from clients through processing applications and customer service.
 
Duties and responsibilities/essential function
  • Provide support to new and current Accredited Testing Facilities, including students, Certified Inspectors, and administrators, via phone calls, emails, and web requests
  • Process Initial Certified Candidates applications
  • Process Maintenance of Candidate Certifications
  • Process program information requests
  • Keep client’s records up-to-date
  • Keep clients informed of program changes and updates to their certification
  • Print, sort, and prepare Certified Students Wallet cards for mailing
  • Provide support for the Accreditation Department, as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Ability to be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and self-motivated
  • Ability to be professional and have a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow written and established procedures
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills using email and telephone communications
  • Possess excellent working computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook) and perform data entry with speed and accuracy
  • Possess a strong commitment to learning and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement
Preferred Qualifications include:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Working experience in a non-profit organization
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Being multi-lingual
