Large Volume – high traffic Full -service Restaurant
Our client has engaged ttg Talent Solutions to conduct a confidential search for a Culinary Director for their high-volume Restaurant and Bar (meeting/party space). This is a long-standing popular restaurant in the South Florida area.
Overview of Responsibilities:  
  • Improve systems to help streamline operations Implement new menu components, including menu development and recipes Budget planning, forecast, and overall P&L responsibility for BOH operations Recruitment, hiring, and training of key management level chefs
  • Lead food safety & sanitation efforts Culinary Director
  • More specific information will be provided
Preferred Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Culinary Director, Executive Chef, Regional chef, corporate chef. Chef-driven background in scratch kitchens
  • Experience in food & beverage business development and operations. Analytical and written communications skills, problem solving and presentation. Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
Salary $90,000- 130,000 range plus health benefits, and vacation.
