Background:
Our client, a well-established organization, over 7 decades, with a solid global reputation, and they have engaged us to find their next CRM Solutions Developer.  This role is part of the IT Group.
 
The CRM Solutions Developer is part of an agile development team, working on the deployment, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the enterprise.
 
Duties and responsibilities/essential function:
  • Collaborate with software developers, business unit managers, and stakeholders to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
  • Customize the system to meet the business
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
  • Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting library in CRM.
  • Develop and maintain AF and Dashboards in CRM.
  • Assist in deployment of third-party customizations.
  • Develop and Publish Forms
  • Develop and Publish Workflows
  • Develop and Publish Plugins
  • Maintain Development Environment.
Qualifications/competencies
  • 3 years’ experience with software development, specifically around CRM
  • College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Core Competency Requirements
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating MS CRM
  • Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5 development using C#
  • Experience with source control management systems
  • Experience with continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Proven communication skills with both team members and stakeholders
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
Preferred Competency Requirements
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync)
  • Experience working on an agile development team.
