Consumer Product Manager – Pharmaceutical - OTC Division
Miami- Ft Lauderdale- Boca Raton Area (Florida)
Hybrid position of Work at home/remote and on-site office

Job Summary:
This individual will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure effective execution of our various strategic go-to-market initiatives and working with various cross-functional groups to execute plans. 
Key Expertise:
  • Experience with Consumer Products (CPG) with Health-related
  • OTC experience preferred (brand or generic)
  • Marketing Data analysis
  • Sales support experience
  • Projects
  • Big Retailer experience
  • Nielsen experience a must
Job Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed net sales, volume and P&L targets
  • Product launches; achieve critical milestones in product launch plan
  • Implement marketing strategy including the planning, development, and implementation of product marketing plan; will include personal and non-personal marketing initiatives and other strategies and tactics for building brand awareness, trial, and usage in a highly competitive market
  • Execute tactical plans including development and deployment
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of analysis of against revenue and expense budgets
  • Nielsen database management, providing forecast inputs, assisting Sales with Customer requests, etc.
  • Collaborate with various functional areas to enhance sales growth, improve our operational efficiency and streamline our customer service processes.
  • Manage new account set-up and provide support on all Electronic data interchange (EDI) related activities, Pharmacovigilance support and Ariba/Contract initiatives.
  
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Marketing major or MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years’ health related OTC experience or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Strong business acumen with superior organizational & presentation skills.
  • Self-starter and results-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills; advanced Excel, Access and SAP an asset.
  • Data Analysis skills, Sales Experience
  
Computer Skills:
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills required
  • IQVIA preferred
  • Nielsen, IRI data and other pharmaceutical database knowledge required (Price Rx, FDA sites, etc.)
  
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
  • General analytical report creation, forecasting and financial modeling knowledge a plus
  • Must be highly proactive, strong ability to prioritize, and capable of multi-tasking to a very high degree
  • Ability to lead complex assignments requiring integration of multiple disciplines
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing others
  
Compensation
