Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring accounts activities and ensuring daily work is performed within appropriate guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Monitors accounts transactional activities in terms of client’s profile expected transactions on a daily basis.
• Plans and executes accounts movement investigations in terms of client profile expected transactions.
• Investigate account alerts associated to customer activity, in accordance with BSA Department Manual.
• Initiate 314(b) requests, further request information to Line of Business.
• Further request information to Line of Business.
• Conduct analysis and due diligence searches leveraging internal database and research tools.
• Accurately documents account activity and escalate accounts investigation results to the Supervisor Unit, when needed.
• Create referrals and accurately document account activity to the Financial Investigation Units. Skills and Abilities:
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to effectively interact with internal clients, and peers.
• Ability to and manage, detail-oriented work environment, and adapt to changes in workflow. Proactive with excellent troubleshooting, problem resolution, and follow-through skills.

• Strong analytical capability and demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of detailed information.

Requirements:
  • Industry-related bachelor’s degree and accredited compliance management certification.
  • Previous experience as a compliance analyst in banking and/or  a related field .
  • In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Knowledge of the ASSIST/Ck software.
  • Working knowledge of United States banking compliance trends, rules, and regulations. This includes OFAC, FinCEN.
  • Significant knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, AML/KYC/CIP and AML regulations.
  • Excellent understanding of financial institution products and related services.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
