ttg talent solutions is engaged to search for our client’s CNA Trainer for one of their premiere long-term care facilities located near Norway, Maine
 
Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor/ Trainer will be responsible for training CNA’s for all shifts and per all areas of care. The position is a permanent role at 24- hours per week.  There may be an opportunity to work additional hours beyond the 24-hours. The CNA Instructor will provide quality education for program for CNA’s and CNA students and performing instructional-related duties and responsibilities in accordance with the core values of the company.
 
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in training CNA’s in instructional education, geriatrics, rehabilitation or related areas
  • CNA Instructor Certification or strong desire to obtain this certification
  • Active RN License (Maine Preferred)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Must have the ability to train CNA Students in the educational, skills lab, and clinical areas

Compensation
Our client is offering a Base salary plus benefits- The salary range is mid- to upper $20K’s annually - Based on years of experience
