Client Support Specialist

The purpose of the Client Support Specialist role is to manage the on-boarding stage of new corporate clients. This is a Customer Success position. The Client Support Specialist works with the Sales, Finance, and Platform Development teams in order to successfully onboard clients and provide a smooth and quick experience.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts a Management Onboarding Call for new Corporate Clients on product
  • Acts as the first contact for a corporate client after the initial sale, and provides expectations of the onboarding process
  • Keeps accurate data in the CRM on client communication and situations
  • Manages a Client Support email inbox to answer client requests and concerns as quickly as possible
  • Runs Support Zoom calls for Corporate clients to provide insight on best practices and how to get results with our products
  • Represents the company culture consistently and overdelivers for client needs
  • Learns company content in order to correctly coach clients on the material
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Competencies and Education:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Professional phone skills
  • Sales experience required
  • Leadership / Management experience required
  • Desire to help others
  • Competent problem solver
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn software programs
  • Experience with Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
  • Experience with HubSpot a plus
