Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will collaborate with in-house (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Customer Support) and global colleagues to expand current data analytics.  Responsible for developing business solutions to identify business trends, opportunities and potential business process and reporting efficiencies to support business decisions in alignment with strategic goals.

(Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as there will NOT be Visa Sponsorship)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Front-end development and delivery of Business Intelligence and Analytical solutions
  • Develop interactive and insightful Qlik Sense visualizations and stories that are easily understood
  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage Qlik Sense datasets and workflows
  • Own the administration of the analytic servers
  • Perform high-level data analysis, dashboard interface design, develop user acceptance testing (UAT) criteria, and BI documentation
  • Enable analytic end-users by onboarding new end-users to the analytic platforms while providing recurring training workshops, prototype sessions, and holding office hours
  • Identify, report, and escalate risks to manager and stakeholders appropriately
  • Communicate and present analysis to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders across the organization
  • Professionally communicate to technical and non-technical staff: written, oral, and formal presentations
  • Engage with Global Information Systems, BW and SalesForce teams to manage priorities, during design sessions, or peer review sessions while simultaneously adhering to RACI matrix during development
  • Data Modeling or creating Datasets
Minimum Experience and Education Required
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
  • Highly motivated professional with 3 years of combined experience in BI operations and data modeling
  • 3 years' experience in data preparation, data analysis, data mining, advanced report writing, user acceptance testing, and data presentation
  • Exceptional curiosity for analyzing and interpreting data, with a focus on problem identification and resolution
  • Creates a bias for action and delivery and does not settle for ordinary results
  • Ability to accept direction and developmental guidance from supervisor
  • Should have experience in documenting non-functional requirements, interpreting non-technical requirements, defining the architecture, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals.
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP BW and/or SAP data extractions are desirable
  • Understanding of SAP modules like I, SD and COPA are a plus
Computer Operations
  • 3 years' experience using BI tools (i.e. Qlik, SAP BW, Tableau, IBM, etc.) to create interactive data visualizations and reports
  • 2 years' experience working with Qlik Sense
  • 1 years' administrator experience working with Qlik Server and BW Servers
  • Advanced SQL writing using data warehousing, star schema, data marts, master data, Qlik development, and workflow skills
  • Exposure to ETL tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica, etc.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies, understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Planning and Organizing Tasks
  • Organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Proven to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
  • Strong team player
Work Schedule
The regularly scheduled work week is Monday through Friday and the hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm 
Travel Requirements
Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%).
